My name is Caroline Curran and I have been a notary, apostille agent, and legal signing agent for over 25+ years encompassing the commercial and residential real estate industries.  My notary skills over the past 25 years have included but are not limited to thousands of real estate transactions both commercial and residential, SBA Loans, LLC creation and filing, apostille submissions for the Secretary of State, I9 verification, statement of consent, powers of attorney, wills, life insurance policies, 401K loan documents, medical documentation.

 

My many years specializing in commercial mortgage inspections for REIT's, Life Companies and Mortgage Brokerage Firms as well as compiling and completing notarizations for commercial and residential loan transactions have taught me the importance of deadlines and the strict attention to detail each transaction needs.

My current certification is in the State of North Carolina as a notary and legal signing agent offering services to Wake, Hartnett, Lee, Johnson, Durham, Chatham & Orange Counties.

I am NNA Certified, E&O Insured, and have a current background check.  All certification documents are available upon request.  I pride myself in my professionalism, organization and multi-tasking under pressure.  I understand the high importance of correct information as well as the importance of timing on a loan closing.  All documents will be professionally handled with care, discretion, as well as the understanding that a quick turn around is of the utmost importance.

I adhere to the laws and rules of the State of North Carolina.  My duty is to verify the identity of the signer on a signing and administer oaths. 

All signers in request of notarization must have the proper identification before any document may be completed.
